Around here you have to take advantage of every minute of sunshine you can find.

There are at least four of sea lions hanging out around the harbor. I guess the people who work there don't care much for them since they weigh several hundred pounds and might do damage to the dock. Oh yeah, and they make tons of noise, too!

Did you hear about the sea lions that were killed up there on the Columbia River? They had been trapped for shipment to Gladys Porter Zoo. Really sad. I guess the fishermen think they are pests since they compete for the salmon.

Great photo, it must be cool to see them in the wild!

Jim,
No, I hadn't heard about that. That's too bad. So what part of the zoo is set up for sea lions?

Another pretty place to add to our list of "must sees"...can't wait til we can come for a visit. G&G sure did enjoy their trip to Eureka. They have been talking about it nonstop!

Nice picture. How do you like your new camera?

Mom,
Yep, I still like my new camera. How do you like it, now that you've had a chance to play with it?

Corky is so funny...he doesn't realize he is supposed to enjoy his bath/shower!!

I like your new camera, but it would take me a long time to learn how to use it properly...so many settings!

Nice job Kyle! The bridge isn't nearly as cool as our Rainbow Bridge, but the photo is great with the fog.

Another spectacular sunset...it is so pretty it doesn't look real.

I am looking forward to seeing one in person soon!
